Booking

When booking an appointment a credit card must be put on file to hold your appointment. A 25 dollar deposit is required for every appointment. The deposit will go towards your appointment.

Cancellation/ Late Policy

I ask that you give us 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50 percent charge of the reserved service amount. No call no shows will be charged with 100 percent of the reserved service amount. 

Arriving late may affect the length of your service or eliminate part of your service, but will still be charged the entire amount of your reserved appointment. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in the cancellation of your appointment, you will still be charged the full service amount. 

This cancellation and late policy allows me the time to perform my services with the time and care you deserve. It allows clients on my waiting list to have an opportunity for appointments and also eliminates cutting into other clients' service times. These policies allow me to keep my schedule filled, thus better serving all my amazing clients. Thank you so much for your understanding! 

Guest Policy

At this time I do not allow clients to bring a guest or child along for their appointment. I try to minimize any possible distractions by maintaining a one-on-one client experience.

Health Considerations

Please inform me of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your health and safety is important to me.

Sick Policy

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, I ask that if you are sick or have the onset of any symptoms of illness that you please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive at your appointment with symptoms of any illness, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.  

Parking

I am located on the side of the building with ample parking on both the side and back of the building. 

Product Return/ Exchange 

At this time I do not currently offer returns of exchanges. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available to purchase over the phone or in the salon.

Gift cards are unable to be returned or refunded. All Gift cards have a 7 year expiration date. Please note you are responsible for the gift card, I am unable to look up gift cards if the purchaser does not add your name at the time of purchase.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Apple Pay and Cash are accepted.
